The game dows not even need a dedicated GPU in your PC to run smoothly. The game has some limitations like it has only 35 players playing on a single server and the only map availabel to play is Erangel. The PUBG Lite players will only be matched with the players playing the PUBG PC Lite.

Translate the website to English and Download the PUBG Lite installer on your PC, then install it. Go back to the website sign up by clicking the Apply for ID button. Now, you have to install a VPN and set the location to Thailand. Launch PUBG Lite installer from the Start menu and login using the ID just created. Click the big Download button in the bottom left corner and wait until it downloads the game files. Click the Play button in the bottom left corner to launch the game. Accept the terms and you are good to go!
