The Micromax Canvas Turbo Mini A200 sports a 4.7 inch IPS LCD display with 1280 x 720 resolution and this constitutes 312 pixels per inches, which is quite sharp. On the software front this Dual SIM phone runs on Android 4.2 Jelly bean operating system. The Micromax Canvas Turbo Mini A200 is powered by low cost MT6582 chipset which is ubiquitous in budget quad core phones today. Considering the benchmark scores in previous devices, the chipset is a decent performer and also houses 1 GB RAM and 4 GB internal storage. The storage is further expandable to 32 GB using MicroSD support. We spotted the phone on Antutu benchmarks with a score of 16,921 which is pretty good considering the price range. We hope the final unit on the shelves portrays similar performance.

The primary camera has an 8 MP sensor and at the front, you will get the same 5 MP fixed focus shooter, which we have seen in most high end Canvas series phones. The primary camera is capable of 720p HD recording. Camera Software features that debuted in Micromax Canvas Turbo, like Cinemagraph and Object eraser have made their way to Mini variant as well. The battery capacity is 1800 mAh and according to the spec sheet displayed on the ecommerce site, it will provide you 6 hours of talk time and 180 hours of standby time on 2G, which is below average. The mini variant of Canvas Turbo packs decent hardware but seems slightly expensive. It will form a viable 4.7 inch display option in price range of 10,000 to 15,000 INR. For now the phone seems slightly overpriced and will be much more lucrative after initial price cut. For now the main competitor will be the 4.7 inch Sharp display phone, Lava Iris Pro 30.
