The Moto Care center has service and support area and consumers can get walk-in service experience with the highly trained support staff. They provide support on software upgrades and device hardware repair.

There is an Experience Zone that will let the consumers to use and experience the product. This zone will have devices such as Moto X (both leather and wood versions), Moto G, Moto E, Moto Turbo, Nexus 6 and Moto 360 smartwatch. This Experience zone also helps in placing online orders via the firm’s exclusive partner Flipkart. Besides the Moto Care centre, there are other options for all the customer care centers in the country. There is a Moto Care app on the device or customer helpline, Moto Care on Wheels that is a pilot project initiated in New Delhi and free service by Moto vans at the customers’ doorsteps in a few hours for up to 30 days from the purchase. Also, there is customer service support via online customer service portal and 150 repair and service centers across India.
