The processor is 2.7 GHz Snapdragon 805 with Krait 450 cores and 3 GB RAM and Adreno 420. Internal storage is 32 GB which is expandable using MicroSD card slot.
The new S-Pen enjoys several new features like Smart Select (allows you to select multiple things from different places and bundle them together), Snap Note (click image and add Note), etc. MultiWindows has also been enhanced.
Note 4 will have a 3.7 MP front camera with F1.9 aperture to capture 60 percent more light. You can click images by using heart rate sensor as shutter. The front camera can capture Wide Selfies. Rear camera includes 16 megapixel Sony IMX240 camera sensor with Smart optical image stabilization and dual-LED flash. The Smart OIS for real camera is faster. The battery can charge up to 50 percent in just 30 minutes. Samsung also claims a 7.5 percent improvement in battery life by reduced power consumption. Other features include improved noise cancelation, LTE Cat 6, Micro USB 3.0, Fingerprint Sensor, Heart rate sensor and several cases and covers. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will retail in frosted white, charcoal black, bronze gold and blossom pink color options starting from October.
